Hey All, I’m Andy….
How is it going 🙂 Thank you for popping on to check out my crazy love for wedding photography.
A little bit about me - F1 fan, coffee obsessed, father to a fur (not so little)baby, Des Bishop once told me Luna was a good looking dog in Rialto, weakness for jellies (I will steal from your candy cart if you have one), a bit cheeky, Mums and Grannies love me, average score of 4 on Wordle, bake off fan, sunsets over sunrises, pineapple on pizza, I’ve broken 5 bones, Beach walks, not too fond of heights, soppy love songs on the playlist, The Lion King is the greatest movie of all time, cereal is better at night than the morning and coca-cola is better from a can! I mainly cover Dublin, Cavan and Meath but I will travel nationwide inc Northern Ireland and beyond.
Visual story tellers ....that's what we are. That's what I pride myself on, this is in my soul! At the end of your day, when everything is all over, your photos will be the only reminder that you did it and it was FECKING AWESOME !!!!
What do you love about weddings?
The people are everything!!! getting to photograph people on one of their happiest days is something I will never not love!!! I used to work in a phone shop and the hardest days were the ones after a wedding day
What is your favourite part of a wedding to capture?
I love the prep, I love the goss haha but I love that you get to see who and what people are like
How would you describe your style?
I shoot 95% documentary/ candid style but I dont mind trying to get a little bit creative on a day. I love slow shutter photos but you will never see me blur a table setting or a cake (insert rolling eyes emoji here)
What one piece of advice would you give to a couple planning their wedding?
Try not to be so influenced by friends and family. What was right for someone may not be right for you. It's your day you have to do what makes you happy
What areas do you cover and are you happy to travel?
I cover all of Ireland inc Northern Ireland and beyond
