Meet Sharron Gibson
Hello! So, I'm Sharron, a wedding and family photographer living just north of London. I'm all about capturing beautiful, natural moments and I'm a little bit obsessed with light and use that to make my images have more depth and a "cinematic" look! (Someone told me that once and I kind of love it - so sticking with it!) Have a look at my gallery and you'll see what I mean. Hopefully you'll agree! 🙂
What do you love about weddings?
The people. YOUR people. I love all the characters and personalities that come together at a wedding and that's what makes you YOU and your day so unique.
What is your favourite part of a wedding to capture?
Ooh speeches, I think. I love the stories that come out and just love seeing people laugh so hard they cry!
How would you describe your style?
It's been described at cinematic, artistic and joyful - and I love that so I'm sticking with those!
What one piece of advice would you give to a couple planning their wedding?
Ignore everyone else. Shut out the noise and go with your gut feeling. Go and listen to "GO YOUR OWN WAY" by Fleetwood Mac and play it loud!
What areas do you cover and are you happy to travel?
I do love London weddings - but I'm happy to travel anywhere!
