Welcome to FedWed
We can’t wait to welcome you to this FedWed launch CONNECTworking event! The day will begin at 10am with free tea, coffee, juice and a range of snacks provided! At 10:30 we will make a short little talk about why we’ve created FedWed and to answer any questions you might have, although obviously we’ll be around all day to answer questions too.
FedTalk – Creative
A creativity based talk/presentation to begin the day on a creative footing!
FedTalk – Business
A business based talk/presentation to end the day with some solid actionable stuff.
Free Catered Lunch
We want you to leave with your heart, mind, soul and belly full, so we’ll be laying on a free catered lunch for you. Dietary requirements will be catered for too.
Networking Stuff
Networking isn’t a sordid word! We promise you’ll meet some new people and make some new connections. There won’t be any cheesy role plays but there will be stuff to encourage you to make valuable connections.
The FedShot Studio by Nanlite
We will be setting up a corner with lots of Nanlite lights and encouraging you to take still and moving headshots of each other on the day in little groups – yes we’ll also be joining in! In the days of content creation let’s create some content for each other to use on our socials, on our websites and in our marketing. And get the freshest new headshot on the block for your FedWed directory profiles too!
Camera Cleaning provided by SONY
Our friends and sponsors SONY will be providing free camera cleaning on the day… and not just for SONY shooters, bring your cameras and lenses and get them cleaned!

SONY will also be bringing cameras and lenses to the event if you fancy trying out something new on the day while your cameras are being cleaned!
Album Clinic provided by GraphiStudio
Our friends and sponsors GraphiStudio will be there on the day showing off their range of products, and offering free album clinics for anyone who’s currently struggling with any element of their album sales process. Whether it’s that you just don’t know where to get started with albums or struggle in selling them to your clients, the GraphiStudio team can and will help!
Sony will be cleaning all our cameras on the day! Bring your cameras and lenses (any brand, not just Sony) and they will be cleaned for you! There will also be a few cool cameras and lenses to try out if you want to have a play!
The GraphiStudio team will be showcasing their beautiful album and wall art products, as well as offering mini album clinics to anyone who is struggling with any element of the album sales or design process!
Our friends at Nanlite/Nanlux will be providing lots of amazing lighting equipment for us to use at this event to take headshots of each other and learn how to use, manupulate and most importantly experiment with lighting to get amazing results. There will be studio lights, but also smaller portable lights to play with!
