Hi, I’m Toni. I’ve been a photographer for over 15 years, and I’ve slowly shaped my business into something that supports the kind of life I want to live. That means more time outdoors, more time with people, and more space to breathe – and a lot less time stuck in the stress cycle that so many photographers fall into. I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors, especially water, and that love of space and connection is at the heart of everything I do. It’s also why I care deeply about helping other photographers build businesses that actually feel good to run.
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to growing a photography business. For me, it’s never been about chasing the biggest numbers or the next big leap. I’m more interested in sustainability and building something that lasts, something that brings joy and flexibility, not just profit. I’ve spent the last decade running workshops that give other photographers the confidence and clarity to do exactly that.
Over the years, I’ve worked through every wedding photography style you can imagine. That experience means I can help you find your niche, your voice, and your way of working, a lot quicker than I found mine!
One area I’m especially passionate about is boudoir photography. I love how empowering it can be, and how it translates into helping photographers build trust and connection with their couples. I’m also a MagMod ambassador and a big advocate for using off-camera flash in a simple, non-technical way. If flash has ever intimidated you, I can help you get comfortable using it creatively and confidently.
Outside of photography, I’m a qualified yoga teacher and I practise mindfulness. I know what burnout feels like. I know how hard it is to stay grounded when you’re comparing yourself to others or when you’ve lost sight of why you started. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, I can support you in slowing down, getting clear on what you need, and reconnecting with your own rhythm. Mentoring, for me, is about creating space – space to think, to reset, and to grow with purpose.
