When engaged couples are searching, they will find one of those index pages, find you and then if they love your work and what you’ve said on your own profile page they can enquire with you directly from there.

2: SEO juice from your profile page back to your own website to boost your own search rankings, so you’re found more often leading to enquiries and bookings
As we said, we’ve built the FedWed directory in line with SEO best practices and we’ve built it ourselves from scratch so it’s highly optimisable. You can customise almost everything on your own profile page to truly optimise the SEO benefits which are then fed back to your own website.
These are known in the land of SEO as backlinks, and Google has always placed a high value on backlinks as part of it’s infamous and highly secret algorithms that all us SEO nerds are always trying to work out. SEO is a constantly changing field, but keyworded backlinks from relevant sites will always benefit your own website SEO so that’s what we’ve focused on when building our directory profile pages.
In time this will mean that as the ranking of the directory grows, so will the SEO juice being sent via backlinks to your own website.
