Panel: The panel team at FedWed is responsible for keeping the leadership team accountable to this policy while also assisting in setting the tone and expectations for a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community. They will lead by example and champion efforts to promote DEI within our organisation.

Members and Customers: All members and customers of FedWed are responsible for treating each other with respect and dignity, regardless of their differences. They are encouraged to actively contribute to creating an inclusive community by embracing diversity and supporting their fellow members and customers. Anyone interacting with FedWed is also subject to our behaviour, harassment and bullying policy.

Reporting and Accountability

FedWed encourages open communication and feedback regarding DEI matters. Members and customers who experience or witness any form of discrimination, harassment, or bias within our community are encouraged to report it using our reporting form below for prompt investigation and resolution. Reports can also be made via our contact form or by email.
